Join Ladies Who Golf for Be Sculpt, an upgrade to your traditional PiYo, this class incorporates all the benefits of pilates, yoga, and barre. Think toned arms, legs, and core as well as balanced flexibility in your body! From big and small ranges of movement, targeted toning, and an overall body workout that will leave you a little sweaty (and a little sore), you will leave wanting to take more BE Sculpted classes!

Location: The Studio Be - Heights

Time: 1:00 pm (Door will close at 1:00 pm sharp and will not reopen until session concludes”

Attire: Hues of White/Nudes & Grippy Socks. Please arrive photo ready!

Led by a certified instructor, each session offers a personalized, intimate experience and is suitable for all fitness levels. Each month, we’ll rotate through a curated selection of classes designed to strengthen, stretch, and energize:

  • Be Flow Yoga

  • Be Slow Flow Yoga

  • Be Zen

  • Be Sculpted

  • Be Strength: Kettlebells & Core

  • Aerial Yoga
