This class blends dynamic kettlebell movements with focused core work to challenge every muscle group. Think swings, presses, and weighted core finishers that leave you sweaty, strong, and craving more. It’s functional strength with a feel-good finish!

Time: 1:00 pm (Door will close at 1:00 pm sharp and will not reopen until session concludes”

Attire: Hues of White/Nudes & Grippy Socks. Please arrive photo ready!

Led by a certified instructor, each session offers a personalized, intimate experience and is suitable for all fitness levels. Each month, we’ll rotate through a curated selection of classes designed to strengthen, stretch, and energize:
