Pars and Pours

We are beginning the new year with intention, reflection, and a deeper exploration of leadership. Our next Pars & Pours series centers on 107 Days by Kamala Harris, a powerful account of leadership under pressure, resilience in uncertainty, and the emotional weight behind consequential decisions.

This seasonal reading series unfolds thoughtfully over eight weeks, allowing space for reflection, dialogue, and shared insight. Our journey begins January 1 and concludes in mid-February with a celebratory in-person gathering.

The Pars and Pours Approach

Each bi-weekly conversation pairs our reading with a curated exploration of Napa Valley, California, featuring a different producer and wine style at every gathering. Wines are intentionally selected to complement the themes of leadership, decision-making, and clarity explored throughout the book.

Members will receive bi-weekly discussion cards, quotes, and reflection prompts to guide engagement between sessions.
