Inspiring & Empowering The Next Generation, One Swing at a Time!

The Ladies Who Golf Mission is rooted in expanding access, cultivating confidence, and creating pathways to opportunity for young women and men through the game of golf. Our vision is simple yet profound: to ensure that the fairway becomes a place where leadership is shaped, dreams are nurtured, and futures are transformed through the Future Leaders Who Golf Foundation.

Our Flagship Partnership: Spelman College

We are proud to introduce our inaugural youth program partnership with Spelman College FBLS Program, the first of many institutions that will join us in developing tomorrow’s leaders.

Through this eight-month experience,FBLS students participate in a curriculum that seamlessly blends athletic enrichment with personal and professional development:

  • Golf Training & Skill BuildingMorehouse College Head Golf Coach, Edgar Evans Jr. and golf team to develop technique, confidence, and resilience.

  • Professional Talkbacks — featuring members of Ladies Who Golf representing industries such as business, sports, law, entertainment, marketing, finance, and real estate.

This partnership reflects our belief that golf is more than a sport. It is a gateway to opportunity, a bridge to meaningful networks, and a training ground for leadership.

Annual “Future Leader” Scholarship

At the conclusion of each cohort, one standout participant is selected to receive the Future Leader Award, accompanied by a $1,000 academic and professional development scholarship.

This recognition is reserved for the student who exemplifies:

  • Leadership on and off the course

  • Consistent program engagement and growth

  • Integrity, kindness, and community-minded values

  • A demonstrated commitment to personal and professional excellence

  • A willingness to uplift and inspire peers

The award is both a celebration of achievement and an investment in potential. Recipients may use the scholarship toward academic needs, study materials, career preparation, travel for professional opportunities, certifications, or continued golf development.

As the program expands to additional campuses, so will the award, creating a national network of Future Leaders whose journeys began on the fairway.

Building Future Leaders

Future Leaders Who Golf™ is designed to develop well-rounded young adults who:

  • Lead with confidence and humility

  • Navigate academic, social, and professional spaces with intention

  • Build networks that support lifelong success

  • Understand the importance of community, philanthropy, and excellence

We aim to nurture students who know they belong not only on the course but in the boardroom, the classroom, and every room where decisions are made.

Expanding Our Impact

The Spelman College program is the first chapter in a growing national initiative. Over the next year, we will introduce Future Leaders Who Golf™ to additional colleges, youth organizations, and community partners, broadening access and deepening our commitment to youth leadership.
